  1. Day 1 Naples

    ARRIVE IN NAPLES

    After collecting your luggage and clearing customs at the Naples International Airport, proceed to the arrivals hall. Be met by an Adventures by Disney representative and escorted to the vehicle that will whisk you away to your hotel.

    Benvenuti! Your Adventure Guides welcome you and check you into the Grand Hotel La Favorita, a stylish hotel in bellissimo Sorrento featuring a splendid Mediterranean garden and impeccable accommodations. Perched on the hilltop, this hotel boasts a spectacular view of the Bay of Naples.

    Spend the afternoon exploring Sorrento, the beautiful town with breathtaking views of the Bay of Naples, Vesuvius and the Isle of Capri. As you walk down the streets and alleyways of Sorrento, you’ll view historic statues and monuments dating back to the 14th century. Browse delightful shops, galleries and eateries featuring the internationally famous flavors of Sorrento. Ask one of your Adventure Guides for lunch recommendations and choose a restaurant that accommodates your family’s tastes.

    Meet your fellow Adventurers at a special reception followed by a delicious buffet dinner made from fresh, local products—the first of many mouthwatering Italian feasts!

  2. Day 2 Positano, Amalfi and Sorrento

    JOURNEY TO POSITANO

    Travel by private motor coach to Positano as a local expert shares the history and mythology of the area. Then, walk into a picture postcard! Delight in this magical fishing town layered up the sloping hillside above the pebbled beaches of the sparkling blue Mediterranean. It’s no wonder it’s one of the most photographed places in the world!

    ON YOUR OWN IN POSITANO

    Walk along the picturesque shore or go shopping for treasures including art, designer ceramics, beachwear and chocolates.

    PRIVATE BOAT TO AMALFI

    PIZZA-MAKING AT AGRITURISMO ’LA GALATEA’ FARM VISIT

    On your way back to Sorrento, make a stop at this idyllic farm that features a variety of flourishing crops. Learn from the chef how to make delicious pizza from scratch—and be sure to work up an appetite for an amazing dinner that’s soon to follow!

    DINNER AT LA GALATEA AND TARANTELLA DANCE PERFORMANCE

    Dine on the delicious pizzas you made during the pizza-making activity along with fresh fare from La Galatea farm. Then, enjoy a traditional Italian dance presentation that showcases the vibrant Mediterranean culture.

  3. Day 3 Capri

  4. Day 4 Pompeii and Florence

    BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL

    Start your day with a delightful breakfast before heading out to Pompeii.

    TOUR POMPEII WITH A PRIVATE GUIDE

    Journey to a town that’s trapped in time! Take a privately guided tour through the remnants of the streets, houses and amphitheaters of yesteryear— and learn from a local expert how Mt. Vesuvius’ volcanic explosion preserved remnants of this ancient civilization.

    TRAVEL TO FLORENCE

    Take a motor coach to Naples and get an ITALO lunch box at the train station for the trip ahead. Then, board the ITALO high-speed bullet train and enjoy a first-class ride to the breathtaking city of Florence.

  5. Day 5 Florence

    BREAKFAST AND PRIVATELY GUIDED WALKING TOUR

    After breakfast at the hotel, a local expert will show you the timeless treasures of the Renaissance on a guided walk through Florence. Marvel at Michelangelo’s David at the Galleria dell’Accademia and explore Florence’s Gothic cathedral, the Duomo, named in honor of Santa Maria del Fiore—one of the most magnificent churches in all of Italy with its iconic dome designed by the renowned sculptor Filippo Brunelleschi. See other highlights of this classic city including the Basilica, Baptistry and Ponte Vecchio.

    Bike on wide paths atop walls that successfully protected Lucca for over 2,000 years. Gaze upon the unforgettable scenery of Lucca’s old town as you pedal under the centuries-old trees.

    Explore the fascinating town of Lucca with a local expert. Walk the narrow streets and be awestruck by the spectacular medieval buildings as well as by the architecture that speaks to its more ancient past.

    VISIT PISA

    En route to Florence, make a brief stop in Pisa. Explore the Piazza del Miracoli—”Square of Miracles”—a walled square of architectural wonder that houses the Cathedral, the Baptistry and the world-famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Stroll the grounds and marvel at the medieval art, and then take a guided tour of the Baptistry.

    EXPLORE FLORENCE AND DINNER ON YOUR OWN

    Continue your exploration of this exquisite city, known as ”the birthplace of the Renaissance.” With so many beautiful sites and attractions, you have a wealth of choices.   7. Day 7 Siena and Florence

    BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL

    Begin your day with a filling breakfast and then begin your journey to Siena and Florence.

    EXCURSION TO SIENA

    Explore this capital city brimming with well-preserved medieval architecture and art on a privately guided tour. Travel through time to the main square, which is famous for its annual Palio horse race, dating back over 400 years. Visit the celebrated main cathedral, known as the Duomo. And enjoy exclusive entry to the Eagle Contrada Museum where you can discover the memorabilia, trophies, furniture and artwork that tell the story of the Eagle subdivision of this historic city.

    LUNCH AND WINE TASTING AT A TUSCAN FARM

    Spend time at Fattoria Poggio Alloro, an authentic Tuscan farm that has raised animals and made exclusive wine and olive oil for generations. After a delicious, homemade pasta lunch made with the farm’s freshest ingredients, adult Adventurers will savor a wine-tasting experience with wine expert Sarah Fiorini.     BREAKFAST AT THE HOTEL

    Bid farewell to your fellow Adventurers, and enjoy one last meal in Florence.

    TRANSFER TO AIRPORT OR TRAIN STATION

    Relax and enjoy your final moments in Italy as your Adventures Guides handle your luggage. Board pre-arranged transportation to the Florence airport or train station. And say arrivederci to your fellow Adventurers until you return again!
